Help with requests for identification of wildlife, little problems in the backyard and emergencies involving orphaned, sick and injured wildlife is provided free of charge.

More complex wildlife problems may require a visit to the site in which case a fee may be charged. This can be negotiated to everyone’s happiness on the phone.
